Can I cancel my subscription at any time? Are there long term contracts or minimum commitments?
Yes, you can cancel at anytime. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you will not be billed again. StatsMix plans are pay-as-you-go services with no long term contracts or commitments. You simply pay month-to-month.
How does the free trial work?
After using StatsMix free for 14 days, you’ll be prompted to select a plan and add your credit card information.
Do you have a free plan?
While we do not offer a traditional free plan, we do offer a free developer plan. The developer plan allows customers to play with our API and test out how easy it is to integrate with StatsMix.
What are my payment options?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you need a different online payment option (PayPal or Freshbooks), please contact us as we handle these on a case-by-case basis. We do not accept checks or purchase orders.
Are there any additional or hidden fees?
No. The prices above are all inclusive with no hidden fees.
Can I export my data?
Yes. We offer CSV, XML, and JSON export of your data.
Can I install StatsMix on my own server?
No. We do not offer installable versions of StatsMix. We're software as a service -- so we maintain the servers, security, and all updates, so you don't have to worry about the platform.
Is StatsMix reliable, secure, and confidential? Is my data safe? Where is the data hosted?
We take all reasonable precautions to keep your information safe and secure. We utilize Rackspace's cloud infrastructure to reliably host StatsMix.
